Alex Andrejev

Alex Andrejev is a sports journalist providing a pro's perspective on Too Many Men on the Field. Her background as a collegiate athlete at Columbia Univeristy has contributed to her interest in sports media and often influences her commentary on the show. In addition to cohosting each episode, Alex produced and edited all media and web elements featured on the TMMOTF website, including audio, video and text pieces for her master's capstone project at the University of Southern California.

Madeleine Chalk

Madeleine Chalk is Too Many Men on the Field's resident sports rookie. She is a writer, comic and performer based in Los Angeles. Although her past involvement in sports is negligible, she is learning more about the world of athletics through one of her favorite media. Madeleine represents the perspective opposite that of sports aficionados like Alex to round out the TMMOTF mission of making sports media more accessible to women who may feel detached or excluded from the way they are currently presented.

Shireen Ahmed

Shireen Ahmed is no stranger to hustle as a freelance sports journalist, making her a great draft choice for Too Many Men on the Field. Shireen's reporting focuses on Muslim women in sports. She is a creator and host of the feminist sports podcast "Burn It All Down." Shireen is featured on Episode 4.

Laura Burton

Laura Burton is a professor at the University of Connecticut whose research focuses on leadership in organizations and sports administration. Her ability to analyze data and recall statistics makes her an asset to the TMMOTF team. Her commentary is featured on Episode 3.

Ben Carrington

Ben Carrington's strong stance on the college admissions scandal makes him the TMMOTF playmaker. Ben is a sociologist and professor at the University of Southern California who investigates topics related to race, gender, politics and sports. He is also a former soccer player from London serving on USC's Oversight Committee for Athletic Academic Affairs. His background gives him unique insight into the scandal discussed in Episode 1.

Isabella Marten

Isabella Marten provides the athletic muscle for Too Many Men on the Field. Isabella, who also goes by Bella, is a triple jumper at the University of Southern California from Stuttgart, Germany. In addition to focusing on athletics, Bella is a graduate fellow at USC and professional model. Her interview is featured on Episode 1.

Allison Miner

Allison Miner knows how to keep players healthy as an athletic trainer and physical therapist for the Los Angeles Chargers. Before joining the Chargers, Allison worked as an athletic trainer at Palomar College and San Diego State University. She is now one of just six female athletic trainers in the NFL. Erika Nardini

Erika Nardini's leadership skills make her an invaluable addition to the Too Many Men on the Field team. Erika is the CEO of sports, entertainment and lifestyle brand Barstool Sports. Before joining Barstool, Nardini served as the Chief Marketing Officer at AOL. She has also held senior positions at Microsoft and Yahoo!. Erika's interview is featured on Episode 2.

Sandy Nunez

Sandy Nunez is TMMOTF's expert on team strategy and tactical planning. She serves as a Coordinating Producer for ESPN SportsCenter and has 20 years of newsroom experience. Sandy worked for news media giants, such as ABC and CNN, before joining ESPN in 2007. She headed SportsCenter's expansion to the West Coast. Hear from Sandy on Episode 2.

Shelley Smith

Shelley Smith's tenacity makes her an obvious draft choice for Too Many Men on the Field. Shelley is an Emmy Award-winning reporter for ESPN who has battled three different types of cancer. She covers major sporting events, such as the Super Bowl and NBA Finals, as well as college football and basketball. Shelley is featured on Episode 4.
